Creating albums and and organizing photos on the iPad

If you are in the photo viewer or "camera roll" album 
  1. Tap on the edit icon on the top right hand side.
  2. Tap on all of the photos you would like to add to an Album.
  3. Tap on the "Add to.." icon next to the blue "cancel" icon on the top right hand side.
  4. Move the photos to and existing Album or select "Add to a New Album"

If you are in the Albums section 
  1. Tap on the "+" icon on the top left hand side
  2. Name the new Album
  3. Select photos from the camera roll photo picker.
